Ron Dolan


Ron Dolan is CEO and founder of Pendulum Pathways. He is a highly experienced business consultant and coach who has dedicated more than 25 years to assisting organisations regain competitiveness and agility in their mission. He has consulted widely across the private, not-for-profit and public sectors and has led the implementation of numerous large and small change and growth projects designed to energise and refocus the organisation. His contracts have included start-up, turn-about, transformation and projects designed to engender growth for both large, SME and micro businesses.

Ron’s industry experience includes assisting numerous government agencies and not-for-profits, accounting and finance, manufacturing, professionals in private practice as well as service industries involved in hospitality, health and child care, recruitment, security, import / export, manufacture, executive training and information technology.

Ron has a particular interest in assisting leaders and organisations address poor motivation and disengagement issues that affect individual and organisational effectiveness and efficiency. In addition, he has also assisted numerous clients with career development issues and regularly publishes on the subject.

Education and Professional Qualifications

Ron’s education and training includes two Masters degrees: a Master of  Commerce, (Professional Accounting) and a Master of Business Administration, (Management of Change) both awarded by the University of New England. He is a member of the Golden Key Society for high academic achievement and is an ICF certified coach. His coaching certifications were completed through the Coach Training Alliance (CTA) and the Executive Coach University (CMEC) respectively in the USA. Ron also holds a Teachers’ Licentiate, awarded with Honours, in Classical Guitar obtained from the Trinity College, London.

Lynda Dolan


Lynda Dolan is a director of Pendulum Pathways and a registered clinical psychologist with the National Psychologist’s Registration Board, Australian Health Professions Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Her experience spans more than 20 years of providing specialist psychotherapeutic skills to individuals, couples and families. In addition, Lynda consults to organisations who seek to improve internal human interpersonal dynamics designed to improve harmony and cohesion. Lynda has a deep interest in the benefits of hypnosis in psychotherapy and regularly lectures and presents for the Australian Society of Hypnosis (ASH). Lynda publishes regularly, conducts workshops and provides supervision to students. She also has a deep interest in working with executives and professionals in the areas of performance enhancement, building self esteem, communication and public speaking.

Education and Professional Qualifications

Lynda’s earlier education includes a Bachelor of Primary Education degree and a Teachers’ Licentiate in Piano obtained from the Trinity College, London. It was during her early teaching and musical careers that she was drawn to the field of psychology. As a result her subsequent training included an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology. More recently Lynda obtained a post-graduate diploma in clinical hypnosis from the Australian Society of Hypnosis and in addition extended her clinical psychology skills by completing further specialist clinical training at the University of Western Sydney and James Cook Universities.
